Choose Stay signed in on your own device, or keep your session in the current tab.
Information we collect
The information we collect depends on how you use NewtonPC.
Account information
When you create or use a NewtonPC account, we may store:
- your email address;
- your NewtonPC account ID;
- your first name, if you choose to provide it;
- the date your account was created or updated;
- records showing your acceptance of our terms;
- your marketing preferences and changes to those preferences.
Your email address is used to identify your account, verify access and associate relevant orders with you.
Authentication information
NewtonPC uses email-based verification codes for account access.
We do not store your temporary sign-in code as part of your account profile.
Our authentication provider may process technical information necessary to verify your identity, maintain your session and protect the service against misuse.
Saved PC builds
If you use the Save build feature, your selected components may be stored locally in your browser so the configuration can be restored later.
Unless otherwise stated, a locally saved build is not automatically associated with your NewtonPC account or sent to NewtonPC's servers.
Order information
When online ordering becomes available, we may need to collect additional information such as:
- your full name;
- delivery and billing address;
- telephone number;
- email address;
- products and PC configuration purchased;
- order number and order history;
- payment status;
- delivery and fulfilment information;
- support, warranty or return information.
How we use your information
We may use personal information to:
- create and operate your NewtonPC account;
- verify your identity when signing in;
- associate orders with your account;
- provide account and order-related communications;
- remember preferences you have selected;
- maintain records of consent and acceptance of our terms;
- provide customer support;
- maintain the security and reliability of the website;
- prevent misuse, fraud and unauthorised account access;
- comply with legal, accounting and regulatory obligations;
- send marketing communications where you have chosen to receive them.
We only process personal information where we have an appropriate legal basis for doing so.
Depending on the purpose, this may include processing that is necessary to provide a service or fulfil a contract with you, comply with a legal obligation, pursue a legitimate business interest, or act on your consent.
Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before consent was withdrawn.
Emails and marketing
NewtonPC may send you essential communications that are necessary for your account or orders.
These can include:
- sign-in and verification codes;
- security notifications;
- order confirmations;
- order and delivery updates;
- important service messages;
- responses to support requests.
These messages are not marketing communications and may be necessary for us to provide the service you requested.
Marketing is optional.
If you choose to receive NewtonPC news, offers or promotional messages, we will record that preference. You can change your marketing preference at any time through your account settings or using any unsubscribe option included in marketing emails.
Withdrawing marketing consent will not prevent you from receiving essential account, security or order communications.
Sessions and browser storage
NewtonPC uses Supabase for account authentication and session management.
When you select Stay signed in, authentication information may be stored in your browser's local storage so your session can continue between visits.
If you do not select this option, authentication information may instead be limited to the current browser session or tab.
Browser features that restore previous tabs or sessions may also restore associated browser storage.
You should sign out when using a shared or public device.
NewtonPC may also use browser storage to temporarily remember:
- saved PC configurations;
- registration progress;
- interface preferences;
- other information necessary for website functionality.
Browser storage is separate from traditional advertising or analytics cookies. If NewtonPC introduces optional analytics, advertising or other non-essential tracking technologies, this notice and our cookie controls will be updated accordingly.

We may need to retain certain information where it is required for:
- accounting and tax obligations;
- completed orders;
- warranties and customer claims;
- fraud prevention or security;
- legal claims;
- compliance with other legal obligations.
